30-day return window
You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your item. For a change-of-mind return, the belt must be unused, in its original condition and original packaging, without wear marks, alterations or additional punched holes.
How to request a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Please obtain authorization and return instructions before sending an item. The authorized return address is 74 Rue Du Lavoir Champagne, 74270 Frangy, France. This address is in France. Keep your shipment receipt and tracking details.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, or we send the wrong item, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. Photographs can help us assess it. We cover the return shipping cost for company errors, damage or defects and arrange the appropriate resolution with you. The unused-condition requirements for change-of-mind returns do not prevent you from reporting these issues.
Return shipping and fees
For a change-of-mind return, the customer pays the return shipping cost to France. There is no restocking fee. For company errors, damaged or defective items, we pay the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment account within 10 calendar days after approval. Contact [email protected] if you need assistance with a return or refund.
